This pull request includes a couple more Intel-related warning fixes.

RhysU, I'd be happy to apply this pull request, but it looks like I already applied a few of them in a previous pull request.

I'm going to cherry pick the following revisions: a089811 and 45daccf.

It looks like the others are OK to ignore.

Thanks again for the work on the Intel compiler.
