Add new content to For Developers #37

This was suggested by Ankit Saini on Twitter. To expand on that I would love to read details on the compiler internals and maybe even a short walkthrough of the code base via a Scrimba cast?

I have asked @somebee todo a cast on several advanced topics, will keep this open until those are ready or I get the chance to write those myself.
