Since there is nothing else really to show in the readme, I think it makes sense to provide contributing information there.
Questions before merging:
Are the installation notes about service workers and Chrome still relevant? It works out of the box for me on Firefox and it looks like the start-without-https script was removed. I can add that bit back to the readme if need be.
I'm assuming the ~preview=lg syntax is the old version of [preview=lg] and not worth documenting?
