2020年5月，部分宁诺学生提出在校园内放置卫生巾的建议。这些建议在校园里引发了热烈的讨论，最终获得了校方的认可。
In May 2020, some UNNC students raised proposals to put disposable menstrual products on campus. The proposals raised awareness on menstrual shame. This issue eventually turns into a hot topic that is widely discussed on campus.
2020年10月，华东政法大学女大学生许璐鸣受到“予她同行”活动发起人梁钰的启发，在校园教学楼厕所内放置卫生巾互助盒供女性应急使用。
当卫生巾互助盒行动引来争议时，梁钰表示：“看见才是改变的开始，月经羞耻会随着一次次的讨论逐渐脱敏。”
In October 2020, Luming Xu, a female college student from East China University of Political Science and Law, draw inspiration from Yu Liang’s “Stand by Her” campaign. She then placed some mutual aid boxes in toilets on campus. These boxes provide menstrual products for emergency use.
When the mutual aid box action sparked a heated debate, Yu Liang said: "Being aware of the issue is the first step to changes. Menstrual shame will gradually disappear over continuous debates."
为了打破校园环境下的月经羞耻，打造UNNC应急经期用品互助平台，我们希望接力“予她同行”的“卫生巾互助盒计划”。
In order to break the shame of menstruation on campus and to provide an emergency menstrual products mutual aid platform for female in UNNC, we hope to join in the mutual aid box program of "Stand by Her".
互助盒使用指南：
请保证您在使用互助盒前仔细阅读此指南
1. 在您月经造访，但未携带卫生巾的情况下，可以按照需求取用互助盒内的卫生巾。
2. 在您使用完毕后，请在2天内向卫生巾互助盒投还至少同等数量的卫生巾。我们建议您放置有质量保障的品牌的卫生巾，并保证其保质期尚足。
3. 请您在投还时，首先检查卫生巾是否包装完好，然后使用互助盒内的笔和标签贴，写明卫生巾的品牌、长度/流量、投放日期，并将其装进一次性密封袋中。
4. 您可以于任一互助盒设置点投还或捐赠卫生巾，我们鼓励您优先将其放置在卫生巾未满或空缺的互助盒内。
Guide:
Please make sure you have read this guide carefully before using the mutual aid box.
1. When you are menstruating, but you don't have any menstrual products with you, you can use the menstrual products in the mutual aid box according to your needs.
2. After using it, please return at least the same number of products to the mutual aid box within 2 days. We suggest that the products you provide as replacements should be brands with quality assurance, and please ensure that the products you provide are within its expiration date.
3. Please check whether the menstrual product is well packaged before placing it in the box. Then please use the pen and label in the box to indicate the brand, length/absorbency and the date you put it in the box. Finally, please put it into a disposable sealed bag and place it into the box.
4. Boxes will be available in several toilets. You can return or donate your menstrual products to any of these boxes. We encourage you to place them in a mutual aid box which is not yet full or which is empty.

1. 请在取用和放置卫生巾时尽量保证安全卫生的操作，如提前洗手或消毒、干手取用、不随意开关盒子等。
2. 请在使用互助盒里的卫生巾前仔细检查用品外包装以及标签上的信息。
3. 本项目为公益性质，我们无法完全避免潜在的安全风险。请您在仔细阅读指南，权衡利弊后自主选择是否使用。
Tips:
1. Please ensure safe and hygienic operation when taking or replacing the menstrual products. E.g., wash or disinfect your hands, keep your hands dry, do not open the boxes if unnecessary.
2. Please check the information on the package and label before using the menstrual products in the mutual aid box.
3. It is extremely challenging to fully eliminate the potential threat for the charity nature of the mutual aid boxes. Therefore, please be aware that users must be responsible for themselves. We highly suggest all users to double check before using the menstrual products inside the mutual aid boxes.
