Chromecast 2 fails to playback files without web optimised container headers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Play a movie which is not "web optimised" = has the container header at the end

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chromecast 1 correctly checks the end of the file, downloads the container 
header and starts playback.
Chromecast 2 tries to download the whole file, but fails.

Please provide more information: detailed steps to reproduce, logs, testing 
devices' specs and a sample video you see the issue on.

Not the OP but he meant that mp4 with the moov atom at the end of the file will 
not play on Chromecast 2 but will play on Chromecast 1.

It seems to have been fixed in a Chromecast v2 firmware update as the 
problematic mp4 now play.
