Make use of Chromecast Audio hardware button #713

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play some music
2.Press side button
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Currently, the only function of this key is to reset the device. How about 
allowing users to press the button to paus/resume playback and/or turn off 
audio output to turn on/off spdif connected speakers?  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromecast Audio Firmware 1.17a, Android and ChromeOS

Please provide any additional information below.

By design the sender application is meant to be a remote to control playback of 
the content for the ease of users. Also, please direct your hardware related 
questions / requests to the Chromecast product forum: 
https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chromecast.
