[iOS] I don't see menu of "connect to nearby device. #718

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have presented controller (For example with list of chrome cast devices)
2. User tap on Nearby device.
3. Create GCKDeviceManager with Nearby device.
4. Call connect for deviceManager. ([self.deviceManager connect];)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see menu of "connect to nearby device". Because of GC SDK adds menu on
UIApplication -> sharedApplication -> keyWindow -> rootViewController -> view.
But if I have presented controller, I can't see menu because of view is hidden.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GoogleCast Framework v2.10.1
Build 4691, generated on 2015-12-01 11:44.

Please provide any additional information below.
I think you need for example add delegate method to provide parent
UIViewController for menu.
Or you can use another solution.

Could you please share the sample code as well as a screenshot of the UI that
demonstrates this issue?

This is by design. This dialogue pop up is for entering a secured PIN to be
able to use a Chromecast device through Guest Mode.

"This dialogue pop up is for entering a secured PIN to be able to use a
Chromecast device through Guest Mode." - It's already clear enough. But, in
case when list of devices or CC-button located in presented view controller
(like in sample code) user will never see the PIN-dialog until the view
controller is presented and it is bad user experience, from my point of view.
