Option to play audio from cast device instead of TV. This would be beneficial 
for people to use headphones from their phone or tablet.

Chromecast Audio device casts music from an app to the Cast device and you 
could connect your speakers / headphones directly to Cast device instead of TV.

Is this what you are looking for? Second part of your question is confusing, 
please elaborate and we'd gladly revisit this request.

Sorry for the confusion. If you take the Roku for example. It has a remote that 
has the 3.5mm out for headphones. It would be great to get this functionally 
for the chromecast video. If you are watching TV in bed and dont want to 
disturb the person sleeping, you could play back audio to your phone instead of 
the TV. So in summary, video stays playing on TV but audio is sent to your 
phone.
