Chromecast keeps buffering

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cast from the web or application
2. play for 2-3 minutes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Continuous quality switches occur, and, ends up buffering for a long time

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.6.1 of the cast companion library on Android and iOS. Using 
JWPlayer's cast plugin on the web

Please provide any additional information below.

1) Detailed steps to reproduce;
2) Which Chromecast device are you using (v1/v2) and what's the firmware on it?
3) What's the version of Media Player Library?

The Devices tested are
1. Chromecast V1 And V2 
2. A test Stream used

3. Additional logs attached. 
4. Video maximum bitrate - 4096k
