Can't install cast extension on ipad4 - no install button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On ipad4 go to: 
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-cast/boadgeojelhgndaghljhdicfkm
llpafd?hl 
2. Look for install button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the install button so I can cast any tab from Chrome and there 
is the normal information (Overview, Details, etc.) but no install button

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPad4 and current google chrome

Please provide any additional information below.
Frustrated after hours of trying to figure this out. Recently bought a chrome 
cast for this purpose and set it up fine on ipad4 but can't install cast 
extension!!!!!

Please use Cast-enabled apps to cast through the iPad. Casting through Chrome 
is supported only on Desktop Chrome at the moment. However, we are looking into 
this feature for future.
