Refactoring Ps3 install readme

Will rebase / compact commits once we refine all changes. Also, should we start thinking about a git twiki? Ps3 section got kinda long...

Should probably remove the line about updatedb since it's not directly relevant (just what I run on my setup). We should put this in a proper twiki along with instructions on where to buy a Pi, installing Raspbian, getting node, compiling it, etc. A one-stop setup page. Don't need to have every bit of info right away - but at least links to reference material would be a good start.
