Investigate Yamaha receive support #44

@rtkshmclane mentioned interest in having Yamaha receive support.

I don't have hardware to test, but should be able to at least get a basic proof of concept built from what I'm seeing in this thread: http://www.openremote.org/display/forums/Controling+Yamaha+RX+V2065+over+TCPIP

Will need confirmation that this is the correct hardware and if someone is willing to help test.

It may take me a while to get around to this - but if someone is able to help test and debug, I'm happy to add it to the queue.
