fix(neovim): use default .svlangserver client dir #25

The .nvim/ directory is not an established convention in Neovim, and the .nvim/ directory setting was recently removed from neovim/lspconfig[1]

I think README should be modified, too. I'll draft the change for README works with default .svlangserver.
