Aim 1: Descriptive Aim 2: What characteristics dictate initial network formation between PCPs and specialists? Aim 3: How do PCP/specialist referral networks evolve in response to specialist performance and patient outcomes?

Ensure and clarify fit with SEN

Seth to review methods for Aim 3, after reading through paper draft. Ideas (also in email in Grants folder):

Describe final empirical spec of myopic model, note a preliminary estimate in the text (e.g., an average marginal effect). Say the forward-looking model will be finalized under the grant.

Identification: want to show we have thought about the data. “these parameters are technically identified from…but in practice” so we set eta at different values.
