IE 8 beta 2: text but no graph #38

In IE 6 and 7 the graph and labels draw properly now (see issue #8) but in
IE 8 beta 2, only the labels draw; the node shapes, edges, etc. aren't
showing up, even using excanvas revision 43 which supposedly includes IE 8
fixes.

No response from the excanvas developers yet. I'll ping them again. In the mean 
time,
the workaround is to choose "Compatibility View" from IE 8's "Tools" menu. This 
seems
to make both the VML and the Silverlight versions of excanvas work as they do 
in IE 7.

things seem to have changed.
using the latest excanvas from 
http://code.google.com/p/explorercanvas/downloads/list
canviz works pretty well on ie8

Agreed. Next versions of Canviz and Path will ship with excanvas 0003 which 
works fine for me in IE 8.
