Anamnesis dont work #1312

I have used since patch 6.38 w/o any problem but since the new patch whas coming out it dont work anymore i allready did downloaded the newest version but they mean i need to have windows 10 but i have windows 10 Home and it still say in need to have windows 10 i dont no anymore what i can do else
