Face loading error #113

Hello excuse me, I was wondering after I loaded the cmp file saved from my computer, I could not load the face, resulting in broken and twisted face, that is, no linkage rotation. What is this? RB1WA9}L{WOBT29864E1{}5

Using someone else's CMP was fine, and I turned on continuous rotation
