Added .stl files for dumbpad mounting plate #11

I have added a directory with three mounting plates (for none, 1 and 2 rotary encoders) for dumbpad v1.x. Printed, tested and mounted with the case by Anthony @ customkbd.com.au.

Had problem with printers, dimensions weren't accurate. Plates from a more accurate printer do not fit in the case
