Replace mentions of BACI with 4C #64

Replace all occurrences of BACI with 4C. This requires that we wait until everything in the BACI repository is renamed to 4C, e.g., executables, ... .

With #75 merged, the only mentions of baci that are left are in the simulation manager and the provided batch file templates in the simulation manager.
