I love the Pokemon theme. The font may be slightly hard to read though.
It doesn't contain the ability to mark todos as done, which is listed as a requirement.
There were a couple errors when running your code through a validator as well (attached screenshots at bottom)
Overall lovely design and I'm excited to see the badges and pokedex when finished :)
