This is so awesome!
I am beyond excited to see your graphic novel / choose your own adventure come to life.
We're going to be looking at Vue.JS over the last few classes, which may be helpful (or maybe not) for your web app,, something perhaps to consider.
The other thing I would add, you have included a lot in scope (which is awesome) - when you start building consider building the most important and smallest thing first, and then add functionality over time. That way, if you do run out of time, the key pieces that you want to show off are in there.
