Fix : update logic show date in summary report screens
→ 'EEG 분석 요약지' 화면에서 날짜를 표시하는 로직을 업데이트합니다. (수정완료)
(null 데이터 혹은 undefined 데이터가Date에 들어왔을 시, Passing되는 것을 피하기 위해 체크하는 로직)

→ ‘케어 상세’ 팝업의 UI가 수정됨 (미수정)
Fix : label Ec/Eo in summary report screens (SBWQ-611)
→ 'EEG 분석 요약지' 화면에서 눈 감음/눈 뜸 라벨을 표시함 (수정완료)

Fix : Update value eyes status column in summary processing tables (SBWQ-611)
