Can't go beyond Folder Selection in New BPMN 2 File wizard #11

I installed BPMN 2 Editor according to the instructions at https://github.com/imeikas/BPMN2-Editor-for-Eclipse/blob/master/README When I goto File -> New -> Other and then BPMN2 Diagram it says Folder must exist/Folder must be specified. Clicking 'Browse' pops up an empty dialog. How can i go beyond that.
