If logged in user view Albums list, and filter on "My (except discarded)", user will see all albums, including publicly published albums - not only albums created by him.
Thus, view on "My (except discarded)" is exactly the same as "All (except discarded)".
Furthermore, this behavior is inconsistent with those in Collection List.
If in Collection List, user uses filter on "My (except discarded)", then user will see only collection created by him.
