copy profile for existing collection got error message #1071

1.create a collection without metadata

  1. go to collection and copy a profile (default profile)
  2. click on save
  3. the page jumps to Metadata Profile Edit page in Firefox 38: an error message: Resource http://qa-edmond.mpdl.mpg.de/imeji/metadataProfile/null not found! metadataprofile_copy

in Chrome: the metadata list is gone
