user create metadata profile in shared collection without rights #1093

  1. the user has rights to read and edit items in shared collection
  2. open the detail view of item
  3. click on "Edit" beside "Metadata"
  4. option "This collection has no metadata profile! Create new custom profile" is available
  5. click on "create new custion profile" and open the page for Metadata Profile edit
