the .gif data not moving in browser chrome #904

the images in following are not moving in dev-imeji under brower chrome. there is not chrome bug, becuase I tried its under brower chrome not in the imeji, there are moving.

Will not fix. Chrome seems to have problems with gif. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
