Realtime Kernel #23

The only realtime kernel that I could get to work using your suggested base image of https://rcn-ee.net/rootfs/bb.org/testing/2019-12-01/stretch-console/bone-debian-9.11-console-armhf-2019-12-01-1gb.img.xz

is

sudo /opt/scripts/tools/update_kernel.sh --lts-4_9 --ti-rt-channel

the bone and ti versions of 4_14 both lack pin support for the pru and gpio servo power. 4_19 causes lock ups both complain of spi pin conflicts in the overlays.

I was able to successfully build and run Arducopter 4.03rc1

Update - I talked to Beagle Bone Kernel maintainer RobertCNelson and there is an issue with a patch of the 4.19 real time kernels.

He is working on a fix but you can force the specific kernel with

sudo /opt/scripts/tools/update_kernel.sh --kernel 4.19.90-bone-rt-r42
