Comments in xsd needed #11

The xsd is very sleek, but also hard to understand for me, since I have not been involved in all of the conversations. I know that a Documentation effort is under way, but in the meantime it might be useful to annotate all the fields which are not 100% obvious.

For example, the Complexity/Cardinality options are a mystery to me. I will start a discussion on the reflector for that particular question.

@Ulrich-DPP : the documentation is finally posted in the repository. It does not have everything fully documented yet, but things will now move faster. Please review the documentation til our next call.

Meanwhile, I'll make sure to document a bit further the elements you have mentioned.
