Thanks for publishing this -- it's super useful!

Made a few minor changes:

Default to PNG for pasting in Linux to match Mac/Windows behavior (possibly resolves #22?)
Moved helper functions out of global scope
Replaced some tabs with spaces :slightly_smiling_face:
Moved autocmd binding in README to buffer scope
