IGV uses an invalid access token after reopening GSvar #500

If a user closes GSvar and keeps IGV running, next time GSvar loads a sample in IGV it will use the old token (even after SetAccessToken command with the new token)

The bug actually originates in IGV. IGV does not update the access tokens properly
