- make MSI optional for the report and add value to GUI, reduce limit for a 'noteable' MSI to 0.3
- allow multiple quality comments to be chosen
- make mutation burden optional
- add germline variants to pathway table
- add VUS variants to high impact table if they have a second hit by a germline variant
- rework HLA table
- add empty pharmaco. and structural. table if there is no data for them
