Make a decision on subdomains for individual instances of GSvarServer for organizations #518

Each instance of GSvarServer runs as a separate EC2 instance. These instances have static IP addresses and need to have domain names associated with them. It is needed to enable HTTPS. Should we use AWS Route 53 or something else for this?
