Heroku button deploy not working #116

Get errors like sed: can't read runtime/env.sh.in: No such file or directory

This is because we use git submodule for ./runtime and that is apparently not supported.

Button working again starting with commit 0f33248c8474d07b99aef69bf92c4b67e47a7709, however #117 means there is some manual intervention before one is up-and-running
