These have been removed in upstream GEGL, so need to ship them oursselves.

[X] Update to recent GEGL version
[x] Create new repo for the ops, like imgflo/gegl-operations-extra
[x] Include in imgflo-server
[ ] Create comparison data for new vs old filters
[ ] Deprecate old ones
57 will be useful to know when we can remove the olds filters
