Add more tests for adapting intervals #64

The following methods appear not to be tested for returning correct results:

and probably more.

Maybe one could copy the corresponding tests from imglib2 (for Interval.union etc.)

In fact there are tests that fail if they return wrong results. I don't know what happened when I first tried this.
