Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When working through the examples, it easy to forget the step of selecting LAUNCH-TARGET.

Describe the solution you'd like Default launch target to "Follow cmake target" where a CMake project is detected, if no launch target has been set by the user.

This has been implemented in release 1.10.0
