Export is shown in the statistic, even if all export types are disabled in the configuration #5

When activating an export template for a questionnaire and deactivating all export types for this template type, the export is still counted in the export detail view.

This is caused by the order of the export processing. Since the export is processed, even if no export type is activated, it is still visible in the statistic.

By first checking, if any export type is available, this process can be improved.
