Adding the option in the configuration to enable / disable certain system functionalities could help to make the app more usable for different environments.
At least the score module should be deactivable. Since it is no certified medical device, it should not be used outside of a research context. By deactivating the function entirely, this can be enforced.
It could make sense to include other features as well. This can be discussed.
