Validate PIN at registration #72

A PIN can be set when creating an account, but the requirements are not displayed. If you enter a fourth digit PIN and click on save, the form (e.g. the desired password) is reset and you have to enter the data again due to the error message. Ideally, the requirements should be displayed somewhere.
