Initial adding of bingo game #6

(not sure if I have the git workflow right here so let me know if this isn't the right way to do this!)

I added my bingo game and made a few relatively minor changes to some of the core classes,

  1. Added a command line switch to go straight to the game to speed up debugging
  2. Added support for exiting the game via ESCAPE
  3. Added support for the stats for my bingo game
