Expand fractions section - create new activities. #1

As reported on SourceForge by AntonK: Expand fractions section. Create activities to cover fraction addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, as well as related tasks such as fraction reduction and extension. Also separate the fractions from decimals, percentages and ratios - create separate categories for each of them and create more meaningful activities within each category.

Fixed with a number of commits of 11 April 2018. Still, more could be done, but this will have to do for now.
