I can confirm the issue in two multiplication activities - 031/030 and 031/144, but funnily in a similar activity but covering addition there is a limit of 3 digits - which is not necessary because these will never go over 99.
UPDATE: The issue appeared when levels were moved from the py files to xml. The hardcoded test at which level the activity is meant to switch to 3 digit limit was no longer working since the levels changed as well.
In those activities where one is supposed to type an answer by keyboard in numbers, like the time tables, only two digits will display and never three. One cannot continue that activity. So 99 goes, 100 becomes 00. The same problem exists in the previous version 3.70.104.
