[My Profile] Save my profile --> password is not encrypted --> Cannot re-login

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Login as Alana59/vms .
2. Go to My Profile, change password
3. Logout and relogin
---------------------------
Expected result:
Can login with the new password

Actual result:
Password is saved in plain text, not encrypted. That's why user cannot login
--> Critical bug.

Should encrypt password on saving profile

Password should not be in Update Profile Page so that Thida remove the password 
fields from the page
