[Security config] Project Coordinator cannot login VMS #34

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Login as Noel434/vms (project coordinator)

Expected result:
- Can login

Actual result:
- Security Error

More info to support fixing:
- Please config for Project Coordinator to login, urgent !

Please configure the menu according to UCMS in func specs:

Project Coordinator :

- Browse Projects
- My Profile
