[Generate Certificate] - Failed to generate certificate. File Not Found. JRXML file location is HARD-CODED!!!!!!!!!!!! #39

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Login into the website without the authorisation enabled.
2. Go to URL --> http://localhost:8080/VMS/certificate/generateCertificate.html
3. Click 'Generate' button on any record.
---------------------------
Expected result:
Should have a window prompt to pop up the certificate pdf file.

Actual result:
Error 500. Please refer to attachment file.
File Not Found. JRXML file location is HARD-CODED!!!!!!!!!!!!
