[Create project] -no notification message after project created #47

Steps to reproduce issue:
Step 1. Click ‘Create Project’ link  from the PM's menu.
Step 2. The page Create Project  is displayed
Step 3. Enter all the valid information 
Step 4. Click Create button.

Expected result:
should show notification message after project created

Actual result:

no notification message after project created
