[Update profile] - date format wrong from the detepicker #48

Steps to reproduce issue:
1.login vms
2.click on update profile
3.select date from the date picker

---------------------------
Expected result:
the date format should be dd-MM-yyyy

Actual result:
the date format should be MM-dd-yyyy
