[Register Volunteer] Calendar date is not in correct format

When user select Date of Birth from Calendar icon, the date format is 
(DD-MM-YYYY) and it showed the date format is not correct.

When user select date of birth from calendar icon, it should be in the correct 
format that is YYYY-MM-DD
