WOPI Adapter - support OnlyOffice #122

The WOPI Adpater is currently optimized for collabora. But the controller should also support OnlyOffice as both are based on WOPI

We need to tweak some functionallity.

We extended the implementation so both, Collabora and LibreOffice can be integrated
